Sensible and Sophisticated Design

The outcomes of hair transplant surgery can vary since the entire process is performed by human hands from start to finish.
01. Sensitive Design

Male Design

Men generally prefer a traditional forehead appearance.
A flat, not sunken, or overly wide look is often satisfactory. However, focusing on details such as the widow's peak and side-line design can create a more stylish look, even with the same forehead width.

Discovering the details within the larger framework is key to male hair transplant design.

Incorporating facial shape, forehead line,
side, 45-degree, and sideburn lines into the design
02. Sensitive Design

Female Design

Women's faces and hairlines consist of continuous curves.
Although conventional design principles exist, individual designs vary depending on facial shape, forehead curvature, and symmetry.
Many people have a preferred design line, but the imagined post-surgery appearance often differs from the actual surgical results.
In these cases, the surgeon's design sense is crucial.
A design that maximizes natural beauty by maintaining attractive aspects and avoiding excessive design will suit the individual even as they age.

A curvilinear design on a curved forehead requires a design sense that transcends traditional principles.

  • A hairline design that naturally maintains the curved line
  • A detailed hairline design up to the sideburns
03. Sensitive Design

Asymmetrical Design

When dealing with an asymmetrical face, should the hairline design be symmetrical or asymmetrical?
Interestingly, a slightly asymmetrical hairline often results in a more harmonious appearance when viewing the entire face.
If the right jaw and cheekbone are more pronounced, maintaining a similar pattern on the forehead appears more natural.
If the entire face is biased to the right and the hairline is symmetrical, the cheekbones and jaw may appear even more distorted.
  • A design that complements facial features when respecting the asymmetrical face's central axis
  • An asymmetrical face that forms asymmetry with facial features when ignoring the central axis and drawing horizontally
  • Gradation Distribution

For a natural appearance, single hair strands are used at the front of the hairline, progressing to double and triple hair strands further inwards. This creates a seamless blend with the existing hair, allowing for a gradual thickening effect.
Taking into account the progression of hair loss over time, we transplant hair as far inwards as possible.
  • Successful Transplantation Result
The hairline displays a natural gradation from the front to the back.
  • Unnatural Appearance Due to Incorrect Transplantation
This occurs when the transplant focuses solely on the balding area without addressing the thinning hair further inwards.
